MILYON88 Casino Account Name Matching — Why the Names Have to Line Up

Casino account name matching sounds like a formality until a withdrawal won’t go through because of it. The rule behind it isn’t specific to any one casino: Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas-supervised banks and e-wallets are required by law to know exactly who holds an account, and that starts with the name on file.
